Welcome and thank you for choosing McKenzie Dental! We want your first visit to our office to be as enjoyable and productive as possible. To that end, below is an overview of what you can expect during your first appointment with us.
YOU TALK, WE LISTEN
In order to best meet your needs, we first need to understand them. So throughout your first visit, we want to listen to you. We will encourage you to tell us about your…
Current status – any problem areas or concerns
Dental fears or anxiety
Future goals for your mouth and/or smile
The time frame in which you would like to accomplish these goals
Any and all of your questions or concerns
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU
For your first visit with us your insurance provider information, and a list of any current medications.
Your first appointment is usually scheduled for 60 minutes so we can take the time needed to listen to your concerns, to collect important diagnostic records (i.e.: x-rays and photographs), to learn about your current dental health, and to address your needs.
